The two Beach Houses convey an exquisite place for luxurious beach holidays.
All four apartments of the Beach Houses face the Sulu Sea and have a spectacular view not only of the sunset, but also of the neighbouring island of Panay and further away Caluya Island.
Stepping out of the beach garden and standing on the beach, the view to the North shows Boracay's White Beach in full length and the Southern view shows the southernmost part of the White Beach and the rocks separating the White Beach from the coves and caves adjacent to the White Beach.
From the Beach Houses all points of interest on the island are easy to reach, be it by walking along the beach or through Boracay's road network.
The Talipapa (Little Market?), a market offering everything from soft drinks, sarongs, sandals, beach towels, T-shirts, hair cut, meat, fish and fruit, is only a 15 minutes walk along the beach.
To the main nightlife entertainment area it's a 20 to 30 minutes walk along the beach or 10 minutes with a bicycle.
Boat trips around the island or to snorkeling areas, rentals of bicycles or motorbikes, can be arranged by the experienced staff of Boracay Beach Houses.

The Houses
Two beach houses are built in modern tropical architecture to ensure a luxurious home right at Boracay's famous White Beach. Each house has a ground floor composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The rooms are connected with a double door that can be closed on either side. Both rooms have a separate entrance. These rooms are perfect for families with children or for two couples.
The upper floor is one big room (50 sq m) with a bathroom, a sleeping and a living area. The room opens with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the breath taking white beach.
The carefully designed rooms have different themes with designer furniture, high-end European bathroom fixtures and lights and a wide collection of art works from local and international artists, making each room unique and an exciting place to stay at. Manila based One Place Design Group, was hired to carefully plan and supervise the whole project.

Amenities
All rooms have minibar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TV, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, backup generator etc. There is a new modern built-in kitchen at the back of the houses.
Guests at the Boracay Beach Houses are provided with friendly staff, which can also assist in shopping, cooking, babysitting and arranging activities.

The Beach Houses Boracay are in a beautiful location, only a few steps away from the sea.
Suitable for groups, families, or couples preferring a secluded, romantic getaway.
All four apartments are facing the sea, and the often spectacular sunsets can be seen from the beach, the garden or the verandas.
The compound includes two beach houses with two 50 sq m apartments each, and surrounding garden and beach.
Unique Qualities: All four apartments have hot/cold potable water, cable TV, refrigerator, air-conditioning, safe deposit box, a powerful back-up generator and maid and boy service.
Each of the four rooms has ADSL Broadband Internet connection with unlimited access for guests.
The ground floor apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.
