Limited Service
This time we're after something else, Boracay cafeterias. For the uninitiated, theses are eateries, sometimes called fast-food counters, where food is displayed on counters and patrons served themselves.
Here you queue up with a plate, select what you want, then pay for it. You look for a place to have your food, which is probably just a simple table with a bench to sit on. That's it.
They usually serve palatable food & the portions are large enough to satisfy our cravings. This is a place where eating won't cost us an arm and a leg. In Boracay there are many such places.
There's not much service that comes with the food, but that's OK, too. That's how they keep their prices down. These places are the fast food eateries.
But then, if the place is clean, and the food is wholesome, nutritious and tasty, what's the problem?
Let's go and try these places out.
