Luxurious Rooms With Scenic Views

This newly built house is peacefully located only 2-3 minutes from Bulabog Beach, accessible via a private road and footpath. The lively restaurants, bars and shops of White Beach are only a short walk away.

The house is finished to a high standard and consists of 2 apartments (ground floor and first floor). The tranquil hillside setting of the house offers stunning ocean views which can be enjoyed from a terrace on each floor. You can rent the whole house, or just one floor. Each apartment sleeps 4 people. Total floor area is approximately 132m2. Each apartment enjoys a separate entrance and is totally self-contained. The solid floor means there is no noise between the 2 floor. The upper floor has its own unique mango wood bar where you can relax and unwind.

Upstairs is fully furnished with kitchen, bar and living room. Hot and cold water in the bathroom. One double bedroom with doors onto the main terrace, 1 rooftop double bedroom with private terrace and bird's eyeview of the ocean.

Room Rates

All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of water, electricity, bed sheet, towel and Internet + Cable TV upstairs. The only extra expense is EUR15/PHP1,000 to be paid to our caretaker when you receive the keys at check-in.
