The eastern part of Boracay Island is where you'll find Bulabog Beach.
This beach, although second only to White Beach in popularity, has made Boracay famous as the kiteboarding and windsurfing capital of Asia.

Whether you want to join in or just watch, in high season these activities go on at the eastern side of the island where it is more windy. In low season when the wind changes, they all come over to White Beach. Bulabog_Beach is quieter than White Beach, less tourists and vendors about. For kiting lessons, contact Ocean Republic or Green Yard.

Kiteboarding is taking off in a big way in Boracay. Head over to Bulabog_Beach on the eastern side of the island to watch the show, and call in for a chat with the guys from Ocean Republic. They will be happy to advise you on how to get started, and you can rent or buy kiting equipment from them.
