Fridays Diverse Cuisine
Management's Comments: Our beach front restaurant offers regional Asian, European, Fusion and Filipino cuisine. It offers daily special breakfast set, lunch and dinner set menu in addition to its A La Carte specialties.
Fridays Boracay still offers the best original Happy Hours on the island from 3 to 6 pm with daily acoustic guitarist and singers. Cultural shows are presented 3 times a week, rain or shine, throughout the year on Fridays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
Fridays signature BBQ and Grill buffet is on every Fridays. Our restaurant is famous for its delicious food of original salads, succulent paninis, oversized sandwiches, crusty pizza, creamy risotto, famous pastas, day-fresh seafood and tender and tasty steaks.

Summer Special
This summer and at least until June, our Chef is cooking some original food specials: Fresh Goose liver (Foie Gras), Duck Breast (Magret de Canard), Ostrich Steak, Lamb shank, Sea Bass and Chicken roulade. All breads, cakes and pastries are baked in-house by our internationally trained Pastry Chef.
The bar stocks what is the island’s most extensive selection of wines from the old and new world which are kept in proper cool rooms and temperature–controlled wine cellars, original cocktails (Absolute Pinoy), spirits, and cigars from Cuba, Dominican Republic and the Philippines.

Highly Recommended! Arguably the best food in Boracay, the restaurant at Fridays hotel offers a large variety of different dishes and every night has a theme, for example, Italian night, Mediterranean night, Korean night, and my favourite, the all-you-can-eat buffet on Friday (P750 per head).
Happy hour is from 3-6pm daily, drinks are 2 for 1.
Favorite Dish: The steaks are legendary, and the buffet is a must - soup, pasta, sushi, salad, cold cuts, cheeses, prawns, beef, lamb, seafood and more, and (this is the really good bit) unlimited access to the dessert trolley!
Dishes available from the main menu include smoked salmon with cream cheese and pesto, pate de fois gras, duck breast (magret de canard), prawn and lobster bisque, New Zealand lamb cutlets, seared fillet of lapu-lapu and nasi goreng.
Theme: Eclectic/International
Comparison: more expensive than average
Prices: US$11-30
