One of the major domestic carriers, Interisland Airlines operates non-scheduled passenger and cargo air charter services within the Philippines and Asia. It also services Boracay and has special flights to Boracay via Kalibo, Aklan.

Interisland is an airline based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It operates domestic scheduled services and passenger and cargo domestic and international charter services. Its main base is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila. The airline began operating as an air taxi company, Interisland Air Services, in 1986. In 2004 it acquired two 36-seater Yakovlev Yak-40 aircraft and in December 2004 started operations as Interisland_Airlines. It is owned by Consuelo Helgen (President), Gloria Belen, Luc Helgen (Chairman), Lydia Dizon (Chief Financial Officer) and Marcelo Pervera and has 36 employees (at March 2007)
