Snorkeling: Relaxation Plus a Bit of Fun

However, there's another reason why tourists from all over the world flock to Boracay, making it one of the Ten Top Beaches in the world: mainly to relax and be part of the peace and serenity in its natural setting.

Swimming or snorkeling in Boracay's lovely chest-deep white-sand beaches or nearby reefs is the best way of unwinding from the stressful environment of modern-day living.

And, after a day's lazing in the sun is over, witness the spectacular beauty of Boracay's sunsets while having a massage on the beach. If this is not life in Paradise, then what is?

Barazula Beach

Secluded Boracay Beach

Sirenna's Comments updated on Sep 5, 2005, in VirtualTourist: This is a tiny little beach at the South end of the island. Not usually frequented by day trippers, Barazula Beach is a nice place to go for a picnic. There are no bars, restaurants or facilities there - even the little hut in the picture doesn't exist any more. Bring everything you need, and be sure to take all your trash home with you. There is some pretty good snorkeling in this area too. Take a sailing boat from Angol - contact Red Pirates, Angol, near station 3.
