Sur Beach Resort requires a 50% downpayment to confirm your booking. Their reservations staff will inform you of the process and details for the downpayment when you make your booking. In case of cancellations, the downpayment may be refunded depending on how far in advance they are informed of the cancellation (60 days in advance = 100% refund; 30 days in advance = 75% refund; 14 days in advance = 50% refund; 7 days in advance = 25% refund; less than 7 days in advance, NO refund). In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or airline schedule changes, they will honor your downpayment for when you do push through with your stay at Sur Beach Resort.
